OUR COMMITMENT

We can’t wait to welcome you in Hahei for your well deserved holiday together with friends and family at the beach. The big wide open spaces in nature’s beachfront playground are just what we all need to restore, recharge and have some fun again!

This summer, in order to keep the Resort, the bar, café and eateries open - and keep everyone safe - we are working within the required NZ Government COVID-19 Protection Framework settings for the hospitality sector.

MY VACCINE PASSES ARE REQUIRED FROM 20 DECEMBER 2021

In response to the "traffic light" system, we advised our COVID-19 Policy Update on 1st November 2021 requires that all Resort visitors and guests 12 years + will require My Covid Passes to enter Hahei Beach Resort. My Covid Passes will be verified on arrival at the Resort. This includes entering the The Deck, bar, eateries, and for all wedding and event guests.

The Reservation Holder is responsible to ensure their entire group is aware of this COVID-19 Vaccination Policy and can provide the NZ Government Approved Vaccination Certificate.

If you have a medical exemption, we kindly request that you provide the documentation for your exemption prior to arrival. You can email the reservations team here.

We have also increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting our shared spaces, with a focus on the counter at the front desk, door handles, public bathrooms, kitchens, laundry, and room keys. We kindly ask you to consider your fellow Resort guests and our team by wearing a mask, maintaining social distance, using the sanitisers provided, disposing of all rubbish in the bins, and taking all your personal items with you.
