Christmas, New Year and early January are the most popular dates to stay in our Hahei campground or in Hahei accommodation.
The online booking calendar is now open with any availability for the coming Peak Summer Season. Here's an avaibility guide:

Escape Early - Christmas in Hahei | ACCOMMODATION & CAMPING AVAILABLE

• Come early and avoid the road rush and the crowds!
• Check out the Cove Cabins, an ideal and easy spot for multiple families to be together in chilled beach style Christmas with a brand new kitchen and communal dining area + BBQ
• There are loads of great Hahei camping sites available leading into Christmas

Stays 27 December 2025 - 3 January 2026 | VERY LIMITED AVAILABILITY & WAITLIST

• There is very rare availability during this period, due only to cancellations
• We occasionally have short stays pop up that are less than the minimum night stay during this period - there is an additional cleaning fee applicable during this period on these short stay offers
• Have you checked out the adults only Glamping site high on the hills overlooking Hahei?
• Still can’t find what you are looking for? You can join the Waitlist for any accommodation, campsites or glamping on the form below
• Please note it is almost impossible to request group or neighbouring sites during this period
• Anniversary and Waitangi weekends have good availability - these are great alternative weekends if you have a number of families wanting Hahei campsites or Hahei accommodation
